Method of Payment

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Bank Checks and Money Orders ship ASAP, personal checks allow up to a 10-day hold for the check to clear.


Shipping & Handling

Shipping Time. Items in stock are shipped on the next business day upon confirmation of order.  Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.  Approximate transit time will range from 3 to 5 business days. 


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using USPS Priority Service or United Parcel Ground Service where possible.


Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling or shipping errors caused by the carrier must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing material and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Manufacturers Defects. If a product has a manufacturer’s defect, it will be warranted by the manufacturer.  Certain manufacturers require defective or damaged merchandise returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

If you need help with a manufacturer warranty email our Customer Service department for instructions.  Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number.

Wildergear will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid Return Authorization Number prominently displayed on the package.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 7 days from the ship date to request a refund and 30 days for an exchange. You must email the refund/exchange request to support@wildergear.com with "RETURN" in the subject field.  The return authorization number with return instructions will be sent to you. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur 20% re-stocking fee, at our discretion.

Items must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. 
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value over $100.00 must be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department or is damaged during shipment return.

Return Policy for Navigational (GPS) Software:
All software returns must be unopened in their original sealed package.  No credit will be refunded if the package has been opened or is missing any labels or authentication seals.


We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. Wildergear is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses caused by  defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the purchase cost of any item you purchase from us.


Cancellation Policy

All cancelled orders must be cancelled by contacting us within one business day of making the order. If the order has already been shipped you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred to get your order returned to us and recieve a refund in the same manner that payment was made within 10 business days after the merchnadise has been received by us. If the order has not been shipped you will receive payment in the same manner that original payment was made and confirmed within 10 business days.
